The ANTHEM-UC Study is evaluating the efficacy and safety of an oral investigational medication for the treatment of moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC).

ANTHEM-UC STUDY
OVERVIEW

There have been a growing number of approved treatments for UC over the years, thanks to clinical research and those who have participated. Although some of the approved treatments for UC are delivered intravenously (through a vein), the ANTHEM-UC Study will explore whether an investigational medication delivered orally (by mouth) is effective and safe.

You may be able to take part in the ANTHEM-UC Study if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Have had moderately to severely active UC for at least 3 months
  • Have not been able to tolerate or have not responded to current and/or previous treatment for your UC

Additional eligibility criteria will be assessed by the study doctor or staff.
